What counts as a completed payment?
A payment whose receipt was confirmed and matched to it. You're not charged for expired payments or for receipts that stay in review.
Do test mode payments cost anything?
No. Test mode is free for as long as you need it.
How does settlement work?
Terms are agreed per merchant. Every completed payment has a settlement record you can export at any time.
